Burn HIIT
Our BURN45 classes are a combination of HIIT, Core, Cardio & Weight training. Classes typically run 45 minutes. You will never have the same workout! Workouts are always challenging but fun!! If you enjoy a group/class atmosphere, come give it a try
Burn STRONG
This is a circuit set up with stations. The workout will include weights, cardio, core and body weight exercises. The stations will run between 2 mins and 5 mins (depending on the day). You rotate with a running clock. This is set up so you can start your workout when you arrive. There's no start/stop like there is with a class. If you have 30 mins, come get it done! If you have 1.5 hrs, come get extra "STRONG".
Burn ONLINE
Let BURN45 Fitness Studio be your go to online workout!
You will receive 2-3 new videos each week & 4 "live" workouts a month. Workout at your convenience. Have access to a workout library. Videos will be added to your library each week. Let us provide you with the ability to burn calories and get stronger wherever you are.

What is Burn45
Burn45/Burn45 Strong is a 45-50 minute high- intensity interval training (H.I.I.T) workout, which will include different formats of training: tabata, TRX, spinning, running,circuit training and core training. Workouts will always be different, challenging, and fun. Burn45 is more than a fitness studio. It's a family, no matter the age, size, ethnic or fitness level. We’ll motivate each other as family.
Burn45's goal is to make you better and prove anything is possible if you “trust the process”. You can go at your own pace, but you will be challenged to become better. Burn45 trainers will always lead by example, will look and be the part.
